Here at South Petherton C of E VA Infants and Pre-School, we are so very lucky to have such a positive local relationship with Frogmary Green Farm.  As a thriving and expanding school community, we have the use of The SHED at Frogmary Green Farm on a Monday and Tuesday for a number of enrichment opportunities for all our pupils.  Year groups from the school spend a school day using the facilities at The SHED where the children enjoy all aspects of outdoor learning experiences.  All teaching and learning activities are planned and delivered by school staff and include a wide coverage of our exciting curriculum including real life Science lessons, Geography, Forest School and even Art to mention but a few.  Our skilled teachers effectively plan a broad and balanced curriculum that is enhanced by this wonderful facility.  During the day, we are the only group on site at The SHED and all our activities are carefully risk assessed to ensure that the safety of the children is high priority at all times.  We are delighted that parent and pupil feedback is so very positive about this enhancement to our rich, broad and balanced curriculum.
